One collected request covering reasonable text and image updates. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted.
More than 10 pages, shops, custom features, automation and Google Ads are quoted separately. Ongoing Google visibility and social posts are available through the NeuTora tools, separately from Site & Care.
After the first 12 months it's month to month — give us 30 days' notice by email and we'll keep the site live until the end of that period. Inside the first 12 months, the agreement sets out what's still owing, and we'll tell you the exact figure before you commit to anything.
Your domain (we transfer it free), your logo, your photos and your words. The site itself is a hosted product and stays with us. On the bundle, your NeuCalla number can be ported out during the notice period.
Yes. The NeuTora tools are available separately at neutora.com. Your Site & Care website plan stays separate.
Hosting faults and problems caused by our work are fixed as part of Site & Care.
